Junior Outbound Sales Development Representative - UK

On-site, Hybrid
  • Copenhagen, Hovedstaden, Denmark
Sales

Job description

Here at Famly we are committed to giving children the best possible start to life and we champion the vital work that goes into making that happen.

But, who are we?! Well, it all began when our co-founder Henrik’s daughter was ready to start at daycare. He couldn’t believe the amount of work being done on paper - and how distant he felt from his first child during the day. The paper ‘parent’ books they exchanged once a month just weren’t cutting it. Together with his friend, our co-founder and CEO Anders, they set about solving that.

And, how do we do that?! We do it with software that brings hundreds of thousands of parents closer to their child’s day while they’re away from them. We also make financial, pedagogical, and planning tools for more than 34,000 childcare professionals, saving them hours and reducing their admin stress. Ultimately, that gives them more time and headspace for the little ones that really matter. Come help us make that happen!

We’re looking for Sales Development Representatives to join our sales force of hunters and take part in engaging prospects in the UK and scheduling product demos with them. This position has a high potential for growth and development; if you excel there will be opportunities for advancement and development.

Are you sociable and want to join a talented team? Do you have a competitive streak and a drive for success? Perhaps you are eager to participate and contribute? Do you enjoy problem solving? Are you motivated by reaching targets? Looking for opportunities to learn and develop? Are you great at listening and understanding the needs of others? Do you want to champion better environments for children?

What you’ll be doing:

  • Evangelising our product by engaging with prospects by phone and email

  • Understanding our prospects’ pains and suggesting solutions

  • Using our ever-expanding library of content to inform and inspire the market

  • Becoming an expert in our market and perfecting your pitch

  • Being able to handle any question or objection thrown at you

  • Consistently meeting goals for demos booked each month

  • Working closely with the sales team to reach the revenue targets

  • Expanding your knowledge into product presentations and pipeline management in preparation for the next step in your sales career

  • Every Sales job at Famly includes enrolment in our unique Sales Academy - its a world-class sales training program, but for normal people. Check it out here: https://www.famly.co/careers/sales-academy
