We are excited to expand our UK sales team with an Account Executive. The right person will be at the heart of driving Famly’s mission forward—winning and inspiring new customers while helping to revolutionise the childcare industry. You'll play a pivotal role in improving the lives of children, parents, and caregivers, making a real difference every single day.
As an Account Executive at Famly, you'll be the spark that ignites excitement for our platform with new customers. Your adventure begins with leads from our awesome SDR team, your own research, or from customer recommendations. From there, you’ll step into the spotlight, running engaging product demos, uncovering customer challenges, and connecting the dots to show how Famly is the perfect fit.

Job requirements
What you’ll be doing:
Build and nurture a rock-solid sales pipeline, managing leads from first contact to deal close.
Deliver engaging product demos via video calls, guiding customers seamlessly to the contract signing stage.
Flex your self-prospecting skills by generating 10% of your pipeline, uncovering hidden gems of opportunity.
Master the art of contract negotiations and ensure a smooth handover to the onboarding team for a stellar customer experience.
Collaborate across teams—marketing, customer operations, and product development—to drive customer success and satisfaction.
Shine as a Famly brand ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, making meaningful connections and showcasing our mission.
Stay sharp by keeping up with market trends, competitor insights, and industry best practices.
Crush your goals and exceed sales expectations, setting the bar higher with every success!
What you bring to the role:

With a proven track record in B2B sales—ideally in the software or SaaS world—you know how to close deals and deliver results.

Bonus points if you have:
Experience in sales within childcare, education, or related industries—it’s a big plus!
Familiarity with sales tools like CRM systems and engagement platforms. (We’re rocking Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.)
A strong network and existing relationships in the UK or DACH childcare market—an extra edge we’d love to see!
