Enterprise Project Manager

    • Copenhagen, Hovedstaden, Denmark

Job description

In recent years, Famly has onboarded an increasing number of Enterprise customers onto our platform. We are proud to serve these customers on a day-to-day basis and welcome new ones. To strengthen our team in this area, we are now looking for an Enterprise Project Manager to help manage all parts of onboarding larger customers onto our platform and interfacing with them as they evolve their technology stack with Famly. This includes a lot of project management, stakeholder management, a good deal of technical knowledge and a lot of drive.

You will be responsible for the technical onboarding of large customers onto Famly, and will work closely with Famly’s Key Account Managers, who will be responsible for all the non-technical aspects of onboarding. You will meet with customers to discuss development work required to fit Famly into their IT landscape, and will work closely with our Product teams to plan and follow any development work needed by Famly.

Depending on your technical knowledge, you will also help coordinate and advise on Famly API and integration capabilities, single-sign-on setup etc. Once the customer is onboarded, you will transition out of the project and let the Key Account Manager take over.

You will have a small team of 3-4 builders reporting to you, enabling you to plan and deliver on smaller projects related to onboarding enterprises, participate in technical calls, and develop enterprise features. You will also interface with Famly’s other Product team to plan larger development projects for Enterprises.

You will report to our CTO.

Leaning into AI

Like many companies, we are betting heavily on AI to improve our workflows. We are investing time to upskill all employees and improve the tooling around it to make it even better.

We expect you to invest heavily in understanding how AI can be a useful tool, including in project management.

What you'll be doing:

  • Run implementation projects with large customers, including project management and stakeholder management

  • Help transform Enterprise requirements into manageable development projects that align with Famly overall Product direction

  • Advise large customers on how to best integrate Famly into their IT landscape

  • Interface with our Product teams to plan any development required to onboard enterprise customers

  • Assist Key Account Managers with technical clarification

  • Be part of the sales process for large enterprise customers

  • Lead a team of Builders that focus on development for Enterprise customers

  • Helping Key Account Managers handle technical incoming requests from existing enterprise customers

Job requirements

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Are really structured

  • Have experience with project management of large IT projects, maybe as a consultant or in an Agency

  • Are hyped about AI making things easier

  • Have a solid technical foundation, and can speak confidently about technical matters to both technical and non-technical people

  • Have experience with cloud-hosted SaaS solution

  • Good at managing stakeholders, both internally and externally

  • Communicate clearly

  • Take a lot of ownership, and can navigate uncertainty

  • Have a “get shit done” attitude

  • 2nd Interview

And who are Famly?

You’re probably wondering at this stage, and Famly are...? Well, it all began when our co-founder Henrik’s daughter was ready to start at daycare. He couldn’t believe the amount of work being done on paper - and how distant he felt from his first child during the day. The paper ‘parent’ books they exchanged once a month just weren’t cutting it. Together with his friend, our co-founder and CEO Anders, they set about solving that.

These days, the 180 of us building Famly talk about trying to do one thing. Giving children the best possible start to life. Or rather, making it easier for the 10000 nurseries and childcare centers who use Famly every day to that, on our behalf.

We do it with the world’s first Early Childhood Platform, software that brings hundreds of thousands of parents closer to their child’s day while they’re away from them. We also make financial, pedagogical, and planning tools for more than 100,000 childcare professionals in the UK, US, Germany and 15 other countries, saving them hours and reducing their admin stress.

Ultimately, that gives them more time and headspace for the little ones that really matter.

You'll love working here because of:

  • A clear career framework and coaching to make sure you're growing, a 10,000 DKK personal development budget and a 'We'll buy you any book you want' policy.

  • Competitive pension, private health insurance, and paid maternity/paternity leave.

  • We're all about hiring clever people who are good humans too. It means Famly is full of top thinkers and generous teammates waiting to help you shine.

  • A belief of 'make your colleagues shine' is all about breaking down silos, celebrating one another, and staying connected across departments, offices, and oceans.

  • We like to give a lot of ownership, both in terms of responsibility and freedom to try new, challenging tasks.

  • We invest in AI developer tools and training — you'll have access to GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and more.

We're looking to fill the position as soon as possible, so get your application in today by sending us:

  • Your CV

  • A cover letter to tell us what you can bring to the role, and what speaks to you about Famly.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
