Job description

The Growth Marketing Lead Operator is the strategic growth maker for our revenue marketing team. You'll operate as a senior individual contributor, being the right hand of the Revenue Marketing Director, while lifting the entire marketing team by demonstrating continuously what great looks like. You will be driving measurable revenue growth through experimentation, martech optimization, and cross-functional execution. You connect the dots across our marketing ecosystem and build scalable systems that compound growth over time.

Key Responsibilities

ABM & Outbound Programs

  • Build foundational frameworks for our ABM program and outreach strategies

  • Design scalable processes that enable personalized engagement at scale

  • Establish measurement frameworks to optimize performance

  • Work closely with our marketing automation specialist

Agency Management

  • Manage our paid media agency with clear KPIs and accountability

  • Translate business objectives into actionable briefs and optimize campaign performance

Cross-Functional Revenue Projects

  • Align with Revenue Marketing Director on strategic bets and drive execution independently

  • Lead projects across sales, product, and marketing with full ownership

  • Build stakeholder alignment through clear communication and data storytelling

Metrics & Analytics

  • Help teams identify the right metrics and make data-driven decisions

  • Partner with our Martech and Data specialist to turn insights into action

Technical requirements to perform

  • Brief & collaborate with our Martech specialist to scale performance through smart integrations, data flows, and automation

  • Brief & collaborate our Marketing Automation specialist through strategic guidance and prioritization

Growth Experimentation & Website Performance

  • Design and execute systematic experimentation across all digital touchpoints

  • Lead CRO initiatives and SEO strategy to maximize organic traffic and conversions

  • Build testing cadence and learning frameworks that drive continuous improvement

Job requirements

  • Strategic thinking: Connect the dots across channels, data, and teams to identify high-impact opportunities

  • Analytical excellence: Expert in marketing analytics, experimentation design, and attribution modeling

  • Revenue obsession: Every decision driven by CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and pipeline impact

  • System thinking: Build scalable, repeatable processes that reduce manual work and multiply impact

  • Technical fluency: Deep understanding of martech stack, SEO, paid channels, and marketing automation

  • Execution velocity: Bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, rapid testing and iteration

  • Cross-functional leadership: Influence without authority, build partnerships, present to senior leadership

  • Drive measurable improvements in pipeline generation and CAC efficiency

  • Improve the growth playbook to find enhanced revenue contributors

  • Build documented, repeatable frameworks for experimentation and channel evaluation

  • Create systems that reduce dependency on individual heroics

Velocity

  • High experimentation cadence with clear learning documentation

  • Quick-win optimizations alongside long-term strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in growth marketing, paid marketing, revenue marketing, or demand generation

  • Strong understanding of martech and analytics

  • Experience running cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders

  • Deep SEO knowledge and proven ability to drive organic growth

  • System thinker who can run multiple programs efficiently through automation and scalability

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms)

  • Proven track record driving measurable revenue impact

  • Experience in management and strategy consulting is appreciated
