We’re looking for an Office & People Experience Coordinator to keep our workplace running smoothly, ensuring surprise and delight for our team of 130 dedicated people in Copenhagen
This role is all about creating a seamless, joyful experience for our people. From onboarding new joiners and supporting the People & Talent team, to planning events and making everyday life at work easier and more connected.
You’ll be a key member of the People & Talent team, noticing the small details, creating order out of chaos, and getting genuine joy from helping others. Most importantly, you’ll bring ideas and energy to our office, because we believe work should be a place people love coming to ✨

🏋 What you’ll be doing
Your mission is to ensure a fantastic employee experience for everyone at Famly. From their very first day to every moment they spend here. You’ll play a key role in bringing our culture to life, supporting the People & Talent team with admin and coordination, while making sure our employees feel truly connected and valued. You’ll manage our two part time office assistants in this endeavour and together you’ll:
Make every new hire feel at home, by preparing warm welcomes and coordinating onboarding that surprise and delight.
Support our People & Talent team with the practical magic that keeps things moving: contracts, data updates, scheduling, and documentation, etc.
Work with vendors, contractors, and service providers for cleaning, maintenance, catering, and office supplies.
Plan and deliver events that matter. From company-wide gatherings to thoughtful celebrations and get-togethers that strengthen connection and culture.
Keep the Famly experience running smoothly by ensuring our office and people have everything they need to thrive.
Be the approachable go-to connector across teams, always ready to lend a hand or find a solution to practical challenges.

🧰 What you bring
A genuine passion for people, helping others succeed, feel welcome, and do their best work.
1–3 years of experience in a people-focused or coordination role (HR, events, operations, or similar).
Strong communication skills, focused on being warm, clear, and approachable across every interaction.
A natural organiser who enjoys bringing calm, clarity, and structure to busy environments.
A constant initiative to get S*** done
Comfort with tools and systems (experience with HR platforms and Google Workspace is a plus).
High integrity, discretion, and a genuine care for doing things the right way and wanting to reflect the Famly values
