🧠 What you’ll be doing

As an SDR at Famly, your mission is simple (but not easy): spark meaningful conversations with childcare providers and show them how Famly can make a huge difference in their day-to-day work.

Here’s what that looks like:

  • Reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and social—no scripts, just real conversations

  • Asking smart questions, listening deeply, and tailoring how you pitch Famly

  • Using our killer content to educate and inspire the market

  • Becoming an expert in our space and constantly sharpening your talk track

  • Handling objections with confidence, empathy, and curiosity

  • Booking quality demos that lead to real value (and revenue)

  • Working closely with your AE teammates to hit ambitious goals

  • Prepping for your next step with training in product demos, pipeline management, and more

  • Can communicate effectively and concisely in spoken and written English

  • Have previous experience with outbound prospecting—phone, email, or social

  • Know your way around CRMs and sales tools like HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, and Sales Navigator

  2. Interview with Bo, our UK Inside Sales Team Lead

  3. Mock call / roleplay exercise

  4. Rational thinking test

  5. Final interview
